PURPOSE:To control the rate of dripping over a wide range in improved accuracy by providing a resin rod having spirally engraved groove on the surface thereof and inserting the rod into a resin tube. CONSTITUTION:A resin rod having a plurality of spirally engraved grooves on the surface thereof is inserted into a resin tube having an inner diameter of 1.0-2.0mm.
