Process for the preparation of dicyclohexylamine salts of cephalosporin derivatives, and their use

Cephalosporin derivatives of the formula <IMAGE> with a DELTA -2 or DELTA -3 double bond and in which R1 represents phenoxy, phenyl or thienyl and R2 represents hydrogen or the acetoxy group, can be purified and isolated in an outstanding fashion in the form of the crystalline dicyclohexylamine salts. Since the rates of crystallisation of the DELTA -2 and DELTA -3 isomers differ, the reaction with dicyclohexylamine is additionally particularly suitable for separating these isomers.
