FIELD: articles transportation packages; production of packages for transportation of flexible articles. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to production of packages for transportation of flexible articles. The package for transportation of flexible articles contains a composition of flexible pieces having the front, rear, upper, lower and side surfaces, the upper section and the lower section. At that the indicated sections of the package have different thickness and at least the part of the articles is arranged in them so that their front surfaces have a contact interaction. At that the upper surface of at least one of the articles being in the indicated contact of interaction by their front surfaces, is placed on the side of the lower surface of the adjacent article being in the indicated contact interaction by their front surfaces. At that the package contains a flexible outer shell, and the composition has the first zone and the second zone, and the upper and the lower sections of the articles are distributed in the first and the second zones of the composition in such a manner, that the difference in volume of the first and the second zones at least approximately is by 10 % less, than in that event, when all the upper sections of the article are located in one zone of the composition. The offered invention ensures the effective utilization of the accessible volume of the package due to redistribution of orientation attitude of the flexible articles before their packing. The package may be if necessary compressed up to the rather small volume, not causing damage or the appreciable degradation of the characteristics of the articles, improves the optimal utilization of the free space inside the outer shell, keeps the stable and homogeneous form, ensures a capability of more simple access of the consumer to the articles, ensures a capability of simple extract of a separate article from the package, eliminates necessity of application of the internal profiles, decreases costs for materials and transportation; due to arrangement of a big number of the articles; ensures more simple method of arrangement of the articles in the package and more uniformly distributes compressing effort along the package. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures: the effective utilization of the accessible volume of the package; necessary compression of the package without damage or the appreciable degradation of the articles; more simple access of the consumer to the articles and simple extraction of a separate article from the package; keeping the stable and homogeneous form of the articles; decreased costs for materials and transportation. ^ 42 cl, 16 dwg |
