<p>The packaging machine is for producing, filling and closing package consisting of thin-walled inner sleeves and outer cartons for material liquid when hot and becoming solid when cold. A rotating table has forming cells (2) with production, filling and closing tools moved round in steps. Mechanisms separate pre-folded flat carton cut outs (3) from a stack (4) and supply them to the forming cells. A folding chamber above the forming cell has a stamp moving up and down to press through and insert the carton blank and erecting it to form an open topped box inside a cell. Folding elements fold over the side flaps. Finally there are measuring out devices and sealing units for the closing process.</p> |
