PRODUCTION OF OXIDE SUPERCONDUCTING MATERIAL

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a superconducting material having a high superconduction transition temp. by heating a powdery mixture of starting materials such as bismuth oxide, strontium oxide, calcium oxide and copper oxide at a prescribed temp. CONSTITUTION:Bismuth oxide or bismuth hydroxide, strontium oxide or strontium hydroxide, calcium oxide or calcium hydroxide and copper oxide, cuprous oxide or copper hydroxide are used as starting materials. A mixture of powders of the starting materials is heated at 770-800 deg.C to obtain a superconducting material having a high superconduction transition temp.
