A raw material mixture for the preparation of porous silicon concrete contains binding agent, quartz sand, porophore, alkaline component and water. The mixture contains quartz sand ground to the specific surface of 300-350 m2/kg, as binding agent the quartz sand of fractions of 0.315-0.63 mm, 0.63-1.25 mm is used, and as porophore the quartz sand of fraction of 1.25-2.5 mm is used.
