The proposed fault-tolerant system with the service life analysis contains redundant units, EXCLUSIVE OR logic elements, AND logic elements, a threshold unit, a binary counter, OR logic elements, leading pulse edge detectors, trailing pulse edge detectors, and additionally, the second binary counter, and an arithmetic unit. The output of the i-th redundant unit is connected to the first input of the i-th AND logic element and the second input of the i-th EXCLUSIVE OR logic element. The output of the i-th EXCLUSIVE OR logic element is connected to the second input of the i-th AND logic element, i-th output for testing the system, i-th input of the first OR logic element, via a leading pulse edge detector, and i-th input of the second OR logic element via a trailing pulse edge detector. The output of the i-th AND logic element is connected to the i-th input of the first group of the inputs of the threshold unit. The output of the threshold unit is connected to the output of the system an the first inputs of the EXCLUSIVE OR logic elements. The output of the first OR logic element is connected to the summing input of the first counter. The output of the second OR logic element is connected to the summing input of the second counter. The output of the first counter is connected to the first input of the arithmetic unit and the first information output of the system. The output of the second counter is connected to the second input of the arithmetic unit and the second information output of the system. The outputs of the arithmetic unit are connected to the corresponding inputs of the second group of the inputs of the threshold unit.
