Patient irradiation equipment using overhead lamps - has radiation device tilting on wall above bed on horizontal axis

The irradiation equipment for solarium lamps treating patients, has one or more radiation devices (2) mounted above a bed, couch etc (3), and tilting on the wall (W) on a horizontal axis (A). The horizontal axis may extend in the lengthwise direction of the bed etc, which has one side against the wall, while the device is approx. of the same length as the bed. Alternatively there can be two beds side by side with their heads against the wall, the device extending for their total width and hinged above the head of the beds. The equipment may be used either for IR or UV irradiation.
