Prefabricated reinforced concrete garage unit - has pair of lengthways rails cast on floor underside

The reinforced concrete modular unit incorporates a floor in its original prefabricated state, for easier erection on site, and is esp. suitable as a garage. Fitting rails (6) are monolithically cast on the underside of the floor, parallel to the sidewalls (3). Their distance apart is pref. adapted to the lateral guideway on a rolling-off device or tripper, and may correspond to the axle width of a standard-size car. The outside are pref. between 50 and 100 cm, or more, from the sidewalls. They may be rounded off or slope-edged. This can be inexpensively produced, and delivered ready for erection.
