PURPOSE:To reproduce correct picture, by correcting the projection data of the inspected object from the projection data relating to the standard object known in the absorption coefficient. CONSTITUTION:The standard object 101 uniform and known for the X-ray absorption coefficient mu are placed at the inspected object 2 and the projection data of the inspected object for the desired section is collected. Further, in reorganizing the distribution of the absorption coefficient of the tomogram part with operational processing 4, the correction is made by taking the coefficient mu as reference. With this constitution, the X-rays radiated from the X-ray source 1 is detected 3 to obtain the projection data relating to the X-ray absorption coefficient of the inspected object 2, and the entire projection data is corrected by taking the known absorption coefficient mu as reference, thus the change in the absorption coefficient by X-ray spectrum, variation in the X-ray intensity I0 at the X-ray source 1, and error based on the ununiformity of the intensity Ii in the X-ray beam, can be corrected to reorganize correct picture and to establish excellent tomogram image. |
