The hot-water boiler has a water-circulating pump and a fume fan, the two being mechanically coupled and driven by the same electric motor. The fan rotor can be mounted on the extended shaft of a pump with built-in-motor lubricated by the water, or alternatively, the two rotors can be mounted at opposite ends of the motor shaft.
