摘要 FIELD: technology for tracking mobile and stationary objects and remotely controlling same. ^ SUBSTANCE: in accordance to method, installed at tracked objects are tracking systems, and also sensors, emitter and receiver of radiations, socket, microphone, dynamic, display, executive devices and power source. Mounted outside tracked objects are external sources of commands and/or control data and/or external information receivers, connected to blocks for transferring and/or receiving information signals by communication channels. In accordance to method, surfaces of possible location or movement of tracked objects are mapped, mapped surfaces are divided on coordinate active and/or passive zones in accordance to events predicted therein and tracked objects and resulting zones are matched. For each tracked object information signs are selected, characterizing possible events, base active and passive movement or condition scenarios are determined. Signals from sensors and temporary parameters are registered and processed during tracking of tracked object. By means of fast multi-parameter adjustment, multi-level adaptation of tracking system, appropriate for condition of tracked object, is performed, control commands are formed, information messages are transferred and received, registered active scenarios of tracked object movements and/or condition changes are compared to basic ones. Based on comparison, final decision is taken about dispatching of message about crossing of zone boundaries by tracked object and/or change of basic tracked object movement scenario or its condition to external information receivers, and/or about change of adjustment of tracking systems, and/or about dispatching of controlling messages to tracked object. Tracking system has memory block, internal clock, block for controlling executive devices, block for receiving signals from sensors, block for receiving and/or transmitting information signals, block for zoning and comparing scenarios, decision taking block and adjustment block. ^ EFFECT: fast autonomous control over tracked objects under conditions of multi-level adaptation of tracking system, decreased volume of information transferred via communication channels, decreased consumption of energy and information resources, increased trustworthiness of information being transferred and decreased costs of exchange traffic. ^ 2 cl, 6 dwg
