<p>The equipment processes sheet-type photographic printing material accommodated in a cage immersed successively in different processing baths and supporting the sheets in the upright position. It has a hose for generating vertical movement between the liquid in the bath and the cage. typically the hose can be of ruber, flexible plastic or other resilient material, connected to a source of gas under pressure, and extending over the bath floor. Holes in the top of the hose are small enough to prevent liquid penetrating inside it when closed by the elasticity of the material, but are opened by internal gas pressure, so as t casue gas to rise in the liquid in bubble form.</p> |
