A mud singing room is provided to maximize soundproofing and thermal insulating effects and to make the inside of the room environment-friendlily by filling up a form with soil beneficial to health, and to have economical effect by recycling the soil filled in the form after dismantlement. The invention relates to a mud singing room having the effect of a mud house by making a concrete form and filling up with mud or sand, not placing concrete, and finishing up with finish materials, wherein the form functions as a column and a ceiling by using as it is after construction, and a rectangular pillow made of cloth or a metal screen is put on the form before placing mud to keep soil not to fall down on the bottom of the room and to recycle the soil.
