A multistage wet type dust collector which improves the dust collecting efficiency, easily filters alien substances and fine dust contained in contaminated air, and filters the alien substances and fine dust again to improve the filtering efficiency is provided. A multistage wet type dust collector comprises: a first dust collecting part(10) in which water is stored, and which has a suction port(11) formed on an upper part thereof, an alien substance discharge port(13) formed on a lower part thereof, and a valve(15) connected to the alien substance discharge port; a water tank(20) installed in the first dust collecting part and disposed under the suction port to store water; a pipe(30) installed at one side of the water tank to supply water into the water tank; a pump(40) connected to a lower part of the first dust collecting part and the pipe to supply water on the first dust collecting part to the pipe; a first water current plate part(50) comprising a first water current plate(51) and a first discharge port(53); a mixing tank(60) which is disposed under the first water current plate part, and has a hole(61) formed on a lower part thereof to discharge a small amount of water; a second water current plate part(70) comprising a second water current plate(71) and a second discharge port(73); an impingement plate(80) disposed under the second water current plate part; a second dust collecting part(90) which is in communication with the first dust collecting part, and has an exhaust port(91) formed on a lower part thereof; a suction fan(100) connected to the exhaust port(91); a nozzle part(110) installed under the second dust collecting part at one side of the first dust collecting part; and a blocking plate(120) installed above the nozzle part.
