A circuit for driving an LCD device and a system for adjusting flicker of the LCD device are provided to optimize the flicker by setting a common voltage using a temperature sensor. A circuit for driving an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device includes an LCD assembly(300), a DVR(Digital Variable Resistor,750), a temperature sensor(50), and a common voltage generator(700). The DVR generates a first voltage(Vref). The temperature sensor is connected to the DVR and generates a second voltage(Vc). The common voltage generator is connected to the temperature sensor and generates a common voltage(Vcom) based on the second voltage and a third voltage(Vcomf) from the LCD assembly.
