The upright standing dry gas holder operates at low pressure and provides variable volume, being used for gas storage for small towns. The gas holder (1) consists of a cylindrical envelope (2) of flexible material. This envelope is fitted between fixed floor (3) and a moving cover (4). This envelope is enclosed by a rigid frame (11). It is guided on this frame with guiding elements and reinforcing rings (15) are fitted on the outside circumference.
