PURPOSE:To make it possible to vary various waveforms, which are excellent in waveform accuracy and in stability, easily and momently by detecting the potential distribution of currents supplied to voltage application electrodes by voltage detection electrodes arranged around them. CONSTITUTION:Voltage application electrodes 13 and voltage detection electrodes 15 are provided at fixed positions of resistive coating layer 17 made of a resistive material. Insulating coating layer 16 is for the insulation between resistive coating layer 17 and conductors 12 and 14, and among conductors, and insulating coating 18 is provided on resistive coating layer 17 so as to protect layer 17 from enviromental conditions mechnically and electrically. Insulating substrate 11 holds respective component parts. Then, electrode 13 is applied with a fixed voltage to generate potential distribusion on layer 17 and the potential distribution is detected by individual scanning on each voltage detecting electrode, so that a fixed analog value can be obtained. |
