<p>The novel building design is intended for a dwelling house and enables the max. interior living space to be obtained in exchange for the min. expenditure in flat wall and roof members, and is esp. suitable for prefabricated work. The ground floor plan has a hexagonal outline for the side walls, one of which (1) has a long window for living room, the other rooms being, typically, an entrance hall and staircase (2) dining room (3) kitchen (4), study (6) and inside toilet (7). On the upper floor are a corridor (9) two bedrooms (10, 11) and bathroom/toilet (12). The roof construction resembles the apex of a cube, forming three approx. triangular roof members.</p> |
