Play or training appts. comprises an object to be hit by blows. It is flexibly mounted both to avoid the blows and to return to its original position. On at least one predetermined position of the object there is at least the pressure sensitive part of a sensor actuated by pressure. An indicator device receives the sensor's signal. Electric switches are positioned to the interior of the object which produce an electric signal when pressure is exerted on the surface of the object.
