An electric oven is provided to prevent the foreign material of foods from being flowed into the door in the process of withdrawing the foods from a cavity. An electric oven includes a cavity, a door(13), a cooling duct(18), a cooling fan(19), and a foreign substance introduction preventing structure. The cooling fan is connected to the cooling duct to suck air. The foreign substance introduction preventing structure prevents foreign substances from being introduced into the door through a cooling hole even when the door is open. The foreign material introduction preventing structure includes a blocking member and an actuator. The blocking member is rotatably mounted on the door to selectively block the cooling hole. The actuator is mounted to the front surface of the cavity to press the blocking member.
