PURPOSE:To obtain an easy-to-wire analog-value generating element by interposing an insulating coating layer between each conductor, led out from a voltage application electrode, and a resistive coating layer and by forming voltage detection electrodes on the reverse surfaces of resistive coating layers. CONSTITUTION:On insulating substrate 11, several voltage detection electrodes 15 are provided, where conductors 14 are led out respectively, and each electrode is made is electric contact with resistive coating layer 17 on substrate 11. Insulating coating layer 16, covering layer 17, has through holes at fixed positions and those through holes make electric connections between voltage application electrodes 13 and resistive coating layer 17. Conductors 12 are led out from electrodes 13. In the above consitutution, the potential distribution, generated on layer 17 by applying a fixed voltage to electrodes 13, is detected by individual scanning on each voltage detection electrode, thereby obtaining a fixed analog value. |
