<p>Analogues of AT-125 having the formula <IMAGE> wherein R is hydrogen, alkyl, haloalkyl or aralkyl; X is halogen, alkoxy, alkylthio, aryloxy, arylthio, aralkoxy, aralkythio, amino, alkylamino or dialkylamino; and NR14R15 is amino or a blocked amino group, provided that X is not chlorine when R is hydrogen or alkyl and R14 or R15 is alkoxycarbonyl or NR14R15 is phthalimido. The analogues can have therapeutic activity. AT-125 and the analogues can be prepared by halogenation of a corresponding analogue of tricholomic acid.</p> |
