<p>PURPOSE:To improve the strength and reliability of a front face part molding a reinforcing fiber member integrally with metal or resin for forming a metal or resin layer on said layer located on the front face part. CONSTITUTION:A metal layer 23 formed of an AC-8A aluminum alloy for example is formed on the outside of an insert core 21 to form a front face part 25 and back face part 27. A reinforcing fiber member 33 molded integrally with a metal forming a toe part 29 and sole part 31 is disposed on a part of a metal layer except for said parts 29, 31 located on front face portion 25. That is, the metal forming the metal layer 23 is impregnated between the reinforcing fibers 35 forming the reinforcing fiber member 33 so that the reinforcing fiber member 33 is disposed integrally with the metal.</p> |
