A vehicle weight measurement system under ubiquitous environment is provided to recognize the entering of a vehicle by a sensor and output guide information required for measurement to voice and images, thereby preventing man power from being wasted, improving the efficiency of entrance and exit of vehicle, and reducing weight measuring time by using RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) technology. A vehicle weight measurement system under ubiquitous environment includes an manned weight measuring system(200) and a central management unit(300). The unmanned weight measuring system includes a sensing unit for outputting a vehicle entering signal by sensing a vehicle when the vehicle is entered, an image acquiring unit for acquiring image data by photographing the vehicle using a camera, and a voice unit for transmitting a voice signal of a vehicle driver to a voice management unit. The central management unit computes weight measurement results by receiving weight of the vehicle and vehicle information to network and stores and manages computed results.
