A reverse osmosis water treatment system is provided to extend the life of a pre-treatment device and a reverse osmosis filter to the utmost through a high efficiency reverse directional cleaning process and enable the water treatment system to be easily repaired and maintained through the automation of the water treatment system, thereby reduce the maintenance cost. In a reverse osmosis water treatment system for proceeding water treatment by supplying filtered water to a reverse osmosis filter consisted of reverse osmosis membranes after filtering raw water through a pre-treatment device, the reverse osmosis water treatment system is characterized in that the pre-treatment device includes: a pre-treatment filter, the pre-treatment filter comprising a raw water inflow side(110) through which raw water is injected into the pre-treatment filter during filtration, and cleaning water is discharged from the pre-treatment filter during washing, an intermediate part(120) including a crooked inlet filter(125) having a plurality of crooked faces formed on a surface thereof such that raw water flown in from the raw water inflow side is injected into crooked inlet filter, and a filtered water outflow side(130) through which filtered water is discharged from the pre-treatment filter during filtration, and cleaning water and air are injected into the pre-treatment filter during washing; and a control part for controlling the raw water inflow side and the filtered water outflow side to operate separately the pre-treatment filter during the filtration and the wash.
