PURPOSE: To provide flexibility and stretchability and to obtain air barrier characteristics by laminating an air barrier film between two elastic surface layers to bond the same to both layers and constituting the same of a non-elastic polymer having specific air permeability at specific temp. CONSTITUTION: An air barrier film is laminated between two vulcanizable elastic surface layers to be bonded to both layers to form a non-elastic polymer layer having air permeability (P) of 0.05×10<-10> cc-cm/cm<2> -chHg-sec [0.05 Barr or 16.6 cc-mil/10 in<2> per atmosphere/day] or less at 23 deg.C. When a thin non-elastic polymer layer film barrier substance is incorporated in the laminate having a rubber surface layer, an air barrier structure increased in bulk and stiffness is obtained in food packing or the like and, therefore, an air barrier structure becomes easy to handle without generating wrinkles or other damage. Next, the thin film barrier substance is protected by the rubber surface layer. Further, the thermal decomposition of a thermoplastic substance is minimized. Finally, the defect brought about by the elastic difference between the elastic substance and the non-elastic film is eliminated. |
