An anion emitting elastic pavement structure for an elastic road for a bicycle and a marathon course using an environmentally friendly movable asphalt sheet is provided to promote health of bicycle racers and marathoners by emitting anions and far infrared rays continuously. An anion emitting elastic pavement structure for an elastic road for a bicycle and a marathon course using an environmentally friendly movable asphalt sheet is formed by the steps of: leveling and cleaning a road surface with permeable concrete having a porosity of 10 to 25 percent(s1); applying primer on the leveled surface(s2); forming an asphalt sheet on the upper part of the primer(s3); making a necessary design of pictures, letters and patterns on the surface with the asphalt sheet(s4); applying liquefied urethane or various resins according to the colors designed with pictures, letters and patterns(s5); spraying urethane chips or rubber chips having a particle size of 3~4mm on the surface of the upper part applied with the liquefied urethane or various resins and tamping with a PVC roller to make the chips impregnated with the liquefied urethane(s6); and mixing 70~80 weight percent coating materials with 20~30 weight percent anion powder or tourmaline powder and applying with a paint roller or a spray(s7). |
