Described is a tray set for turning over incubator eggs, which consists in a plurality of trays located over a support structure having a bar coupled to elements for providing trays with a continuous or intermittent oscillating movement. Each tray includes a structure defining multiple square-shaped spaces or cavities where eggs are supported by a minimum portion of the circumference thereof, thus the oscillating range being comparatively wider, which allows the embryo within the egg to receive a slight shake for preventing the same from adhering over the egg shell, thereby promoting a suitable development of the embryo during the incubation process.
