<p>This invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions in the form of solutions comprising, as active ingredient, at least one derivative of 1,2,4-thiadiazine. The compositions according to the invention have improved antibacterial properties for injection or for internal irrigation, and in particular, in the treatment of endotoxaemia.
