<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the excessive adjustment of an adjust screw by fitting a plug to the head of the adjust screw to fix up the volume of the mixed air from the idle port of a carburetor. CONSTITUTION:An adjust screw 1 is set to the idle port 5 opened at the lower reaches of a carburetor 8 throttle valve 10. This screw 1 is composed of a head 6, a thread part 2, a leg part 1. A spring 3 is arranged in contact with the magnified part of the thread part 2 and the carburetor 8. Moreover, the screw head 6 is fit as if it hides itself in the carburetor, a plug 7 is set as if it is sealed at the upper end of the carburetor 8 and therefore the carburetor is manufactured so that idle adjusment cannot be made for the screw 1.</p> |
