The beam is covered by an absorbent, non-slip covering layer(5) with several layers of different elasticity stuck in between the upper surface of the beam the outer cover layer. The base layer(2) stuck to the surface of the beam(1) is between 20 and 45 deg. Shore hardness having 65 to 95, preferably 72.5% impressability. There is an intermediate layer(3) between 75 and 95 deg. Shore hardness and 40 to 65% impressability and 10 to 25% permanent impressibility and finally a top layer(4) made of the same material as the base layer(2) is stuck on top. The ratio of the wall thickness of the intermediate layer(3) to that of the base and top layers is in the region of 10 mm between the values 10 to 1.25, preferably between 3.75 to 2.5.
