FIELD: optics. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to examination or analysis of materials by means of optical devices in a fluid medium, particularly to the structure of optical devices designed to quantitative assessment of dispersing liquid with sprayers. The device contains three lasers, optical generators of emission flat flows, coloured TV camera and a computer. The TV camera contains photosensitive components of three kinds, the first of which possesses maximum of spectral sensitivity in a red spectral region, the second has a maximum spectral sensitivity in a green spectral region, and the third possesses maximum spectral sensitivity in a blue spectral region. The length of a wave of the first laser corresponds to maximum spectral sensitivity of photosensitive components of the first kind of the coloured TV camera; the length of a wave of the second laser emission corresponds to maximum spectral sensitivity of photosensitive components of the second kind of the coloured TV camera, and the length of a wave of the third laser emission corresponds to maximum spectral sensitivity of photosensitive components of the third kind of the coloured TV camera connected to interface unit generating three digital representations in the computer; the said representations correspond to red, green and blue colours. At that an optical axis of the coloured TV camera is aligned with the axis of symmetry of the sprayer; the emission flow of a blue colour passes through a top of a nozzle end of the sprayer, while emission flows of a red and green colour are set off the said top at some distance. ^ EFFECT: upgraded reliability of quality control at dispersing liquid with spayers and reduction of errors at measurement of geometric parameters of a space distribution of sprayed particles. ^ 1 dwg |
