摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pseudorandom number generation circuit and an electronic device that can generate parallelized pseudorandom number data without using a high frequency clock signal. <P>SOLUTION: The pseudorandom number generation circuit comprises M (natural number not less than fifteen) shift registers numbered consecutively from one, and a connection circuit for connecting each shift register. Each shift register shifts an input signal at the same clock signal. The outputs of the last n (natural number not more than M) shift registers are output as parallelized pseudorandom number data. The connection circuit calculates the value of a function F(m-n) and inputs it into the m-th (natural number not more than M) shift register.
