<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic job template generator capable of reducing steps for a user interface operation, matched with a function of an MFP used frequently, and capable of simplifying an operation. <P>SOLUTION: This automatic job template generator is constituted of an operation history collection part for collecting an operation history of a multifunction device, in every user, based on information accessed to the multifunction device on a Web, an operation frequency analytical part for analyzing an operation frequency at fixed timing, based on the operation history collected by the operation history collection part, and a job template generation part for generating newly a job execution parameter of high operation frequency on an operation screen, as a job template button, based on an analytical result in the operation frequency analytical part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
