PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the variation of a temperature of a cooled object stored in a cooling container, for example, when the cooled object is put therein, to keep a proper storage temperature in the cooling container with high accuracy, and to reduce energy consumption. SOLUTION: The cooled object before put in the cooling container 8 is cooled by latent heat of the ice made in an ice heat storage device 28 by heat absorption by an evaporator 26 of a second refrigerating cycle 21, then the cooled object is put in the cooling container, and the cooling of the cooled object in the cooling container is performed by heat absorption by an evaporator 6 of a first refrigerating cycle 1.
