PURPOSE:To obtain the title surfactant which has a mild effect on the skin, gives softness to fibers, has antibacterial properties etc. and is useful as a finisher for baby's dispers, by the condensation of a lower alkyl ester of N-long chain acylamino acid with a specific diamine. CONSTITUTION:The objective active agent is obtained by heating A) a lower alkyl ester of N-long chain acylamino acid {example; a compound of e.g. formula I [k=2, 3; R<1>, R<2>=H, CH3, or -CH2CH2OH; R=an C8-18 aliphatic acid residue; formula II=an amino acid residue; X=H or CH3; Y=formula III (l=0-5) etc.]} and B) a diamine of formula IV (example; dimethylamino-n-propylamine, etc.) in a solvent, if necessary, preferably at 70 deg.C-reflux temp. for 3-10 hr. EFFECT: Has an excellent control effect on plant pathogenic fungi. |
