An organometallic complex compound is provided to ensure high luminous efficiency by suppressing the intermolecular interaction by a bulky ligand and to improve the injection / transfer characteristic of an electron and electron hole by introducing an electron donor and electron acceptor to a ligand of a metal complex compound. An organometallic complex compound comprises a silicon derivative ligand indicated as the chemical formula 1.
