A locking device of a rocker is provided to easily lock or unlock a door by using an existing manual type locking device and improve maintenance. A stopper(120) is installed on a rotation path of a tongue(111), and separated from or return to the rotation path. By adding external force to stopper and positioning the stopper on the rotation path of the tongue to suppress the rotation of the tongue, a pressurization unit(130) maintains a state where a door is locked. An original position unit(140) maintains a state, where the door is unlocked, by separating the stopper from the rotation path of the tongue when the external force of the pressurization unit applied to the stopper is removed. In one side of the stopper, a jamming protrusion(123) is protruded so that the tongue can be engaged. The pressurization unit comprises a latch gear(131), a latch member(132), a solenoid(133) and a latch spring(134). The latch gear supports the stopper in its one side, and is rotatably installed. In one side of the latch gear, a pressure projection(131a) and a support groove(131b) in which the stopper is alternatively positioned during rotation are formed. In order to be selectively press and support the stopper in the pressure projection and support groove, the latch member pushes a tooth of the latch gear to rotate the latch gear. A solenoid comprises a load(133a) which pressurizes the latch member in order to rotate the latch gear. The latch member returns the latch member to the origin location if the external force of loads applied to the latch member is removed.
