An insincere credit dealing method, a system and a program recording medium therefore are provided to pursuit the profit in the financial institution and secure incoming amount through a mortgage lending on investment. An insincere credit dealing system comprises: an investment information registration unit for registering the NPL investment information in a storage media; an finance account establishment unit for depositing the investment cost obtained from the investment client; a loan information registration unit for registering the deposit security loan information in the storage media; a transfer information registration unit for registering the NPL transfer information for the NPL transferred from the NPL transfer client in the storage media; a contract information registration unit for storing the credit collection contract information for the credit collection for NPL which a business customer is transferred from a terminal in the storage media; and an investment management unit for periodically notifying the NPL investment in progress situation. |
