发明名称 HEAT TRANSFER PRINTING METHOD OF INK LAYER
摘要 PURPOSE:To perform ink transfer by letting the ink layer side of an ink transfer sheet contact the surface of plastic ticket paper and contacting a thermographic head to the base paper surface of the sheet and obtain the transfer of superior abrasion resistance by letting that portion of the ticket paper recess. CONSTITUTION:An ink transfer sheet 7 is placed on the surface 8 of the commutation ticket paper 11 provided with a thermoplastic surface layer 8 composed of thermoplastic resins on the top surface of a plastic base plate 9 and a magnetic recording layer 10 on the back, with the ink layer 6 of said sheet being in contact therewith. The resistor layer 3 of a thermographic head 4 is contacted to the base paper 5 of the ink transfer sheet 7 and a signal voltage is applied between the electrodes 2a, 2b of the thermographic head 4 to heat the resistor layer 3 evolve heat, by the heat whereof the ink of the ink layer 6 is transferred to the thermoplastic surface layer 8 of the commutation ticket paper 1. Further the surface 8 is solftened or melted by this heat and this together with application of the pressing force by a roller 12 forms a recess in the heated portion. Since in this way the printing face is in the position recessed from the ticket paper surface, the commutation ticket with will not cause abrasion of prints owing to mechanical friction when it passes through an automatic ticket examination mechanism may be obtained.
