In the neck (2) of container (1) is arranged a pump device (6) for delivering a liquid container content. On inner wall of the neck (2) of the container (1) there a substantially tubular insert (3), which has a base (5) which is closed in an initial state, whereby before putting the pump device (6) into operation, by advancing a front suction of the pump device (6), which engaged in the insert (3) and whose peripheral wall (27) closely engages the inner wall of the insert (3), the base (5) is opened by direct contact with the suction section. A receiving chamber (15) for an active substance, which is separated from the liquid container (1) content before the opening of the base (5) and enters into it after opening process, is arranged inside the insert (3) above it's the base (5).
