A coupling device of a shield can for shielding is provided to improve a contact property with a printed circuit board by forming an adhesive unit in a shielding wall of the shield can. A connecting apparatus of a shield can includes at least one holding device(110) and a shield unit(120). The holding device is protruded in a printed circuit board(10). The holding device guides the mounting position of the shield can. The shield can is detachably coupled to the holding unit. The shield unit is formed in the shield can. The shield unit is connected to the holding device. The shield unit blocks the electromagnetic wave of the devices of the printed circuit board. The holding device is composed of a pair of the leaf springs. The shield unit is detachably fixed between the pair of leaf springs. Each leaf spring has the clip shape.
