A music data processing system is provided to perform an arrangement automatically according to specific information which a user sets up about a generated musical note by including an automatic arrangement part. A music data processing system comprises: a characteristic detecting part(103) extracting feature information from musical data; an automatic compose music part(104) which automatically produces musical notes by using the extracted feature information; an automatic arrangement part(105) which automatically performs an arrangement according to the specific information which the user sets up about the generated musical note; and a user interface(108) setting up specific information for the arrangement.
