<p>PURPOSE:With regard to position detecting apparatus of a rolling stock comprising a train which is allowed to detect the relative distance of a given position to the present running one on the rolling stock, to enable the rolling stock to stop reliably at the datum postion of especially a station or platform. CONSTITUTION:When a rolling stock goes on and the apparatus CA on the rolling stock passes the apparatus S on the ground, output B brings forth in the receiver R, F11 in the control circuit 1 is set, an AND gate opened and passes the generation pulse of the pulse generator PG equipped to the wheel CM and the pulse is input into the half frequency divider 13 and the NAND gate 16. The frequency of the pulse input into the frquency divider 13 is divided into halves and input into the NAND gate 15. The pulse C which passes the control circuit 1 by gate operation of the NAND gates 15-17 and the inverter 14 is counted by the distance counter DC and at the same time after the pulse D past the apparatus S on the ground it can be counted directly. In this way the position detecting can be carried out.</p> |
