<p>N-Aryl-N-(4-piperidinyl)arylacetamides of the formula <IMAGE> and their salts with acids, the substituents in the formula being defined in Claim 1, are prepared. These compounds are obtained by acylating corresponding piperidine derivatives with an arylacetyl halide. The resulting compounds can be used for the drug therapy of cardiac arrhythmias.</p> |
