发明名称 MAINTENANCE PREDICT METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE:To predict the optimum maintenance time, by measuring the amount of working of the maintenance objective units for a plural number with a suitable time distance, and calculating the time of the units reaching life time through forecasting the changing rate of working of the units from this result. CONSTITUTION:Every time when the maintenance objective units are operated, the amount of work is detected with the unit operation amount detector 1. For example, in the units providing moving parts, the number of input and output letters are detected and measured, and for the units having no moving parts, the time of power supply application is detected and measured. The amount of working measured with the detector 1 is integrated in the amount of operation register 2. The output of the register 2 is fed to the working rate predict unit 3, and the changing rate of working XN is obtained from the least square method by the amount of operation for the past N-1 times scanned with the T0 time distance and the operation amount XN at present. Further, the life expectancy unit 4 calculates the number of days tM from the changing rate XN and the operation amount XN, when it reaches the life XM of the maintenance objective unit. The number of maintenance days and the information from the next maintenance day memory unit 7 are compared, and if the difference between the both is within a given period, the expected maintenance day is displayed on the display unit 6. The life XM can be given with the average failure time setter 5.
