FIELD: oil and gas industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to method of production of sulphuric acid and can be implemented in oil and gas processing, in metallurgical and other branches of industry. The method of production of sulphuric acid out of sulphur-hydrogen containing gas containing ammonia consists in de-nitrification of sulphur-hydrogen containing gas with preliminary water washing, then in its burning with production of the first process gas containing sulphur dioxide and nitrogen oxide; the first process gas is then subject to conversion and the second process gas is obtained which contains sulphur tri-oxide and nitrogen dioxide. Further the second process gas is condensed and sulphuric acid is extracted. Produced sulphuric acid is subject to de-nitrification by means of treatment with hydrazine or hydrazine-sulphate. ^ EFFECT: invention facilitates reduction of nitrogen oxides in sulphuric acid to 0,5 ppm and in exhaust fume gases to 10 mg/m3. ^ 1 tbl, 5 ex |
