Centrifugal screen comprises a vertical housing with a conical downwardly tapered portion to which is attached a removal chamber for separated impurities. At the top of the housing is a hollow rotor, having the shape of an angle pipe bent at 90 degrees and a tangential inlet pipe in the region of the rotor. The rotor contains an axial outlet pipe for the purified suspension, the outlet end of which is in the form of a radial pump rotor and surrounded by the housing with a tangential outlet opening.
