INSPECTING APPARATUS FOR PHOTOVOLTAIC DEVICES

An inspecting apparatus for photovoltaic devices is provided to photograph an image of the photovoltaic devices by a camera installed in the center of a dark room by arranging the photovoltaic devices on a transparent substrate of an upper surface of the dark room from the outside of the dark room. An inspection apparatus includes a square dark chamber(110) and a plastics or glass transparent plate(112) attached to a flat upper surface(111). A camera(120) inspecting and measuring an object(200) and a camera moving mechanism are prepared inside the dark room. A pair of guide members(114) to guide the transfer of the object is prepared in the upper surface. The camera moving mechanism includes a y-axis guide member(130) moving the camera to the y-axis. A motor(132) is prepared in one end of the y-axis guide unit and moves the camera to the y-axis. Both ends of the y-axis guide unit are supported by an x-axis guide unit(140).
